Meet Georgie & Stacey
Vintage Vault is more than just a business—it's the result of a lifelong friendship and a shared dream.
Georgina and Stacey have been best friends for over 26 years, having met at school and grown up together. At just 15 years old, they approached Stacey's dad with an ambitious idea: one day, they wanted to own and run a market stall together.
While life took them on different paths, that dream never truly disappeared.
Along the way, Stacey introduced Georgina to the man who would become her partner, and today Georgina and her partner have two wonderful children together, while Stacey is happily married with a child of her own.
Years later, Georgina took the first step towards making their childhood dream a reality by launching Vintage Vault from a modest 40-square-foot storage unit in Letchworth Garden City.
As the business began to grow,Georgie moved into a sublet space and asked Stacey to help manage the ever-growing collection of stock.
It didn't take long for them both to realise they were building something special. After just a few months, Stacey made the leap, leaving her full-time career to join Georgina in the business.
Together, we signed the lease on the premises that is now home to Vintage Vault in Letchworth.
Today, what started as a dream between two school friends has grown into a thriving independent business built on friendship, family, hard work, and a genuine passion for sourcing beautiful, unique pieces for their customers.
We're incredibly proud of how far we've come and can't wait to see where the next chapter takes us.
